Ferrero launches Nutella® Breakfast Club

To celebrate Breakfast Week (24th- 30th January 2016) Ferrero has launched the Nutella® Breakfast Club, created to support caterers looking to target the 21% of consumers who eat breakfast out-of-home (Allegra) and sweeten their profits using the UK’s number one spread brand*.

With research revealing that 73% of 26-35 year olds expect to see Nutella® on menus and 81% would pay more for a branded spread (Toluna), the Italian family-owned confectionery company is encouraging caterers to visit www.NutellaBreakfastClub.co.uk and sign up to the club to get their FREE pack as part of the week-long celebration.

The limited edition packs+ include a 3Kg tub of Nutella® for back-of-house, a Nutella® breakfast booklet with recipes such as waffles and breakfast pizzas, plus high impact point-of-sale materials to promote Nutella’s superbrand status to consumers.

“We know through external research and our own insight that breakfast as an eating-out occasion has never been more popular. Ferrero Brings Two New Products to IFEX (Stand A13)

Ferrero – the Italian family-owned confectionery company – will be showcasing two new products on stand A13 during IFEX 2016 at the Titanic Exhibition Centre, Belfast.

The team will be on hand to talk to operators and caterers about the growing Ferrero foodservice portfolio, including the newly launched Ferrero Rocher two pack format (T2x16x3) and Raffaello single serve format (T1x100).

The new Ferrero Rocher two pack format is ideal for hotels looking to premiumise their in-room offering. Travel operators can also use the iconic brand to enhance their hot drinks menu with an accompaniment that differentiates against standard confectionery.

The single serve Raffaello is also perfect for hospitality operators who want to offer something special. The ‘white one’ gives a light and delicate taste using a whole almond encased in a creamy filling which is then wrapped in a crispy shell and covered in coconut flakes.

As well as sampling Ferrero Rocher and Raffaello, caterers and operators will have the opportunity to try a selection of recipes at the Nutella® Breakfast Bar, where a chef will be on hand whipping up mini club sandwiches, pancakes and much more throughout the show. There will also be the chance to enter a daily draw to win a Ferrero Hamper, which includes a 3Kg tub of Nutella for back-of-house.
